The Tochka series
In the Tochka series your will find our boutique wines from local and international grape varieties, carefully selected by our technologists from our own vineyards of rom other vineyards in our region. You will find a great choice of varietal wines and blends such as Vrachanski Misket, Sauvignon blanc, Riesling, Rosé, Rubin, Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot.
Tochka Vrachanski Misket
Colour: pale golden colour
Aroma: intensive aroma of white flowers, violets and nectarines
Taste: strong floral tones, aromatic green apple and lime
Tochka Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: pale straw yellow colour
Aroma: sweet honey hints of white peach and freshly cut grass
Taste: balanced taste with a pronounced sweetness, resembling white peach, ripe pear and melon
Tochka Chardonnay & Colombard
Colour: soft colour with slight yellow hues
Aroma: white flowers and white fruits
Taste: juicy stone fruits, white peaches and vanilla powder
Tochka Rosé
Colour: pale pink colour with onion hues
Aroma: intensive aroma of wild strawberry and hints of ripe cherry
Taste: well-balanced taste with a hint of red forest fruits and strawberry
Tochka Rubin, Syrah & Nebbiolo
an extremely well-balanced cepage made of Rubin (a typical Bulgarian grape variety), Syrah and Nebiolo with an intense aroma of tobacco, ripe prunes and beef box

Colour: rich ruby colour
Aroma: large red stone fruits, tobacco and dark chocolate
Taste: ripe juicy red fruits, mulberry
Tochka Cabernet Sauvignon
Colour: dark red colour
Aroma: black cherry, dark spices, plum and dried tomato
Taste: smooth wine with light tannins and a well-balanced taste of sour cherry and black currant
Tochka Merlot
Colour: dark red colour
Aroma: intensive fruity aroma of black cherry, dried tomato, tea and vanilla
Taste: well-balanced taste of black cherry and black currant with a touch of dried pepper
Tochka Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Rubin
Colour: dark red colour
Aroma: intensive aroma of black fruits, blueberry, black currant and a ripe sour cherry
Taste: memorable taste of a sweet sour cherry in combination with black spices
Tochka Syrah
an aromatic wine from Syrah that resembles an intense cocktail of beef box, coffee and chocolate with a pleasant taste of marmalade and spices
The Oak Barrel series
In the Oak Barrel series you will find wine aged in oak barrels made from organically grown grapes in our own vineyards on the hills above the village of Tipchenisa. The first one from the series are from vintage 2018. The wines are varietal – from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Rubin.
Oak Barrel Merlot
Colour: beautiful rich red colour
Aroma: ripe cherries and sour cherries, vanilla, jam and ripe plums
Taste: velvety taste rich in stone fruits and plum marmalade
Oak Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon
Colour: intensive red colour
Aroma: fruity hints of ripe black cherry, chocolate, vanilla, black pepper, dried tomato and plums
Taste: well-developed bouquet of black forest fruits with dark chocolate and hot peppers
Oak Barrel Rubin
Colour: rich ruby colour
Aroma: black currant, black blueberries, plums and a delicate fragrance of vanilla and chocolate
Taste: ripe black blueberry, mulberry, vanilla and plums with a delicately integrated hint of oak
OAK BARREL CHARDONNAY

Серии Vratitza & Ti-Re
In the Vratitza and TI-RE series we produce wines for our trade partners. The grapes for these wines are from our own vineyards just a few kilometers from the cellar. You will find wines from the unique local varieties Vrachanski Misket and Rubin, as well as their blends with the popular grape varieties Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vratitza Vrachanski Misket
Colour: non-intensive yellow green
Aroma: white flowers, elderberry and green apple
Taste: elegant well-balanced and crisp taste of lime and juicy peaches
Vratitza Chardonnay
the mild climate and clay soils of the hilly Northwest of the region make this Chardonnay extremely fresh with a tropical flavour
Vratitza Rubin
Colour: rich ruby colour
Aroma: fine milk chocolate, sour cherry, cinnamon and cream
Taste: captivating taste of vanilla, sour cherry and black currant
